Course Outcomes
- Effective time management: Learn how to manage your time efficiently and effectively while working outside the office. This includes setting and prioritizing tasks, avoiding distractions, and staying motivated.
- Communication skills: Hone your communication skills to clearly and professionally manage outcomes and deliverables, collaborate with your team, and present creative solutions.
- Technology proficiency: Bolster your proficiency of relevant tools to manage projects and teams remotely, such as project management software, collaborative tools, and video conferencing platforms.
- This course is taught by a Gallop Certified CliftonStrengths course instructor. Participants will have opportunities to connect with the instructor via optional live zoom sessions and 1:1 CliftonStrengths coaching to learn more about strengths-based professional development and leadership.

The Remote Work Professional Microcredential is a four-week asynchronous course with participants completing two online modules each week. Each module will include a pretest & post-test to assess student learning. There are activities built into each module to reinforce content learning and connection. Participants will have the opportunity to join optional synchronous Zoom sessions to connect with fellow participants and the course instructor.

Badge Earning Criteria
Recipients must complete the curriculum and earn a minimum of 80% in the course to receive the Remote Work Professional badge. An electronic checklist has been built into the course to help you track your progress.
